Delivery and collection dates are considered absolute fixed appointments, without the need to consult with the customer in advance. Any delays are to be communicated to the customer immediately.

Delivery in the right quantities
The quantity of the goods must be recorded on the accompanying documents and countersigned accordingly by the carrier.

Securing of cargo

Administrative service

The carrier must ensure that when picking up and delivering goods, the vehicle is notified by phone at least two hours before arrival.

The customer must be notified at the latest 2 hours after unloading of any differences, damage, etc. If this is not done, we reserve the right to deduct € 50 from the freight.
