How do I search for an articel?

 

  • Enter article name in the search function: Button "Magnifier" top right
  • Filter via categories: Select feed type and set filter

 


 

How do I order?

 

  • Select article and put it in the shopping cart
  • To the shopping cart: Button "Shopping cart" on the top right
  • Fill out mandatory fields and click through order steps
  • Register as customer or order as guest

 


 

Where can I view my order?

  • How do I create a customer account? Via "My account" next to the shopping cart: Button "My account" top right - Create account

  • The general minimum order value is EUR 5.99 (without postage / shipping costs)

 


 

How secure is my data?

 

  • All payment information is encrypted during the order process.

    Tip: You should always keep payment information confidential and close the browser window when you have finished communicating with us - especially if you share the computer with other people. Especially if you use the computer together with other people.

 


 

How do I redeem a discount / promotion or coupon code?

 

  • Enter discount code in the shopping cart at "Payment and overview".
  • Only one discount code can be redeemed per order

Tip: Pay attention to the validity of your discount code, already expired codes can unfortunately no longer be redeemed.

For promotion or discount vouchers, the value of goods must always be at least the amount of the promotion voucher.

How much are the shipping costs?

 

  • The shipping costs are 5,29 €
  • Germany: From an order value of 29,00 € we deliver free of charge within Germany.
  • Austria: From an order value of 49,00 € we deliver to Austria free of shipping costs.

How long does it take to ship my goods?

 

  • 1-3 business days after receipt of payment / order completion

 


 

Who delivers my order?

 

  • All our parcels are shipped within the climate-friendly and CO2-neutral parcel shipping DHL GOGREEN

 


 

Can I enter a different delivery address?

 

  • Billing address and delivery address can be entered differently from each other.
  • If no separate information is entered for the delivery address, the delivery will be made to the invoice address.
  • You can change the address in the customer account under "Manage addresses" for future orders.

 

What can I do if I ordered to the wrong address?

 

 

  • If a cancellation is no longer possible, the package will simply be sent back to us as a return if it could not be delivered.
  • We will contact you and send the package to the correct address.

 


 

Complaint

What do I do if my delivery is not satisfactory?

 

 


 

How do I return an item?

 

  • Contact customer service and register your return: "Customer Service" button in the footer of the website.
  • By e-mail via Kundenservice@bosch-tiernahrung.de
  • Via button "Go to contact form" and send your return
  • Return shipping label will be sent to you by email
  • Print out the return label and stick it visibly on your shipping box.
  • Deliver the return package to the DHL branch for shipping
  • After receipt, inspection and processing of the return you will receive a refund of the purchase amount.

You have the option to return your goods to us free of charge within 14 days of receipt.

Please note that the food can only be returned in unopened condition and appropriately packaged (original packaging if possible).

 


 

What do I do if I received a damaged item?

(open feed bag, dented cans).

 

 


 

What do I do if the content does not meet my expectations?

(Quality defects of the food)

Tip: It will be easier for us to process your complaint if you include all important information in the form and, if possible
