Withdrawal Information
Using this form, consumers can declare their statutory withdrawal for orders placed in the Bosch Pet Food Online Shop.
After entering your order data, the withdrawal is submitted in a second step through an express confirmation. Your withdrawal is only transmitted to us once you have confirmed it.
This form applies exclusively to orders by consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB.
Note for Partner and Breeder Shop Customers
There is generally no statutory right of withdrawal for orders placed through the Partner or Breeder Shop, as the offers in these shops are intended solely for commercial customers or business owners as defined in Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
