Precise preparation of the dough mixture

At the beginning of the process, all raw materials as well as minor and carrier components are automatically dosed according to the recipe and carefully mixed. The flour blend and water are then combined under controlled conditions and kneaded into a uniform dough. This creates an optimal dough structure as the foundation for consistently high-quality baked products.

In the next step, the dough is shaped into the desired form using molding rollers, depending on the recipe. This creates uniform pieces with a consistent structure – the ideal basis for a reliable and consistent baking result.

Gentle baking process for optimal results

The shaped dough pieces are then gently baked in ovens at controlled temperatures. Thanks to the carefully coordinated baking time and even heat distribution, the baked products are baked uniformly – ensuring excellent quality and taste.

Controlled cooling and quality assurance

After baking, the baked pieces are gently cooled on cooling belts. They are then temporarily stored while the residual moisture is monitored. This ensures that the products meet the defined quality standards and maintain their optimal characteristics.

Careful packaging for maximum freshness

Finally, the baked products are filled and securely packaged according to the product specifications. This ensures that freshness, quality, and taste are optimally preserved – right up until they reach the customer.
