How was the winner determined? A look at the study
The DQBG's scientifically sound survey is based on a clever two-component model that combines real opinions with digital sentiment:
- Real customer experiences: From January to May 2025, over 351,000 personal reviews were collected across Germany. The simple but crucial question was: "How do you rate the value for money on a scale of 1 to 5 stars?"
- Digital analysis: In parallel, an AI system analyzed more than 2.5 million pieces of online content (customer reviews, social media comments, product tests) and assessed their tone.
Both areas each contributed 50% to the overall result. The fact that we achieved above-average results in both disciplines makes us particularly proud and confirms our path.
